Abstract


The application of information technology in customer service has become an important need in the digital era. Kamba Cell, as a telecommunications service provider, seeks to utilize information technology to increase customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze how information technology can be applied in Kamba Cell customer service and its impact on customer satisfaction.
