ANALYSIS OF FACILITIES, SERVICE QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT OF CAPITAL ACCESS TO INCREASE THE WELFARE OF VILLAGE COMMUNITIES KWALA SERAPUH, LANGKAT

Abstract


This research aims to analyze facilities, service quality and development of access to capital to improve welfare. This research was conducted in the community of Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat. The data collected in this research are primary and secondary data, through data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The population in this study was 50 respondents. This research uses quantitative data, with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The test results show that partially and simultaneously the variables of facilities, service quality and access to capital have a positive and significant effect on improving the welfare of the people of Kwala Serapuh Village, Langkat. The influence contribution given by all variables is 66.6%.
