Abstract:

Procem language is slang in certain circles and has become everyday language commonly used by the community. The use of diverse languages continues to enrich the variety of languages in this country.In its de velopment, there is a phenomenon of the use of slang or prokem language. Slang (Bahasa prokem) is a popular language that is usually used by the millennial generation, especially students and university students. The use of slang (prokem) today is not only verbal, but written through short messages sent to the target person. Data was collected using the observation method which was assisted by advanced techniques in the form of note taking techniques.
