ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF EDUCATION SERVICE QUALITY ON PARENT SATISFACTION IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Abstract


Abstract:  This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of education services on the satisfaction of parents of elementary school students. The study utilized a survey method with purposive sampling technique to collect data from parents of elementary school students. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed online via Google form. The results showed that the quality of education services significantly influenced the satisfaction of parents of elementary school students. The study also found that parental satisfaction with education services could affect their loyalty to the school and the academic achievement of their children. Therefore, it is essential for schools to improve the quality of education services to increase parental satisfaction and loyalty. This study contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence parental satisfaction with education services in elementary schools.
