THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP ON IMPROVING ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE IN SMART SCHOOL-BASED HIGH SCHOOLS (SMA) IN ACEH PROVINCE

Abstract


This study explores the impact of digital leadership on the academic performance of high school students in smart schools in Aceh Province. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation has become essential in enhancing educational quality, with digital leadership playing a critical role in the successful implementation of smart schools. Data were collected from 200 respondents, including principals, teachers, and students, across 10 smart schools in Aceh. The study employed Pearson correlation tests and linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between digital leadership and students' academic performance.
