APPLICATION DESIGN OF CALCULATION FRESH FRUIT PALM OIL MATERIAL BALANCE BASED ON ANDROID

Abstract

Along with the development of the times in the industrial era 4.0, the creation of new technology, which is being realized and developed has helped a lot of human work in carrying out their activities. The number of innovations that have been created indicates that this technological development is developing rapidly. Along with the increasingly mature concept of Industry 4.0 globally. In palm oil mills, there are still a number of obstacles to achieving targets that have not been realized. One of the causes is the lack of supervision of the productivity of tools and machines that work not optimally, so that the level of effectiveness of tools and machines in palm oil processing decreases, basically researchers carry out applications for calculating the effectiveness of machines based on Android to be able to find the value of the effectiveness of machines with existing technology now. In designing this application the author uses two data collections, namely primary data as direct learning from programming experts and secondary data as a reference for learning from the theoretical basis of machine effectiveness and application design. The final results show that the application runs smoothly, there are no bugs displayed in the application, and accurate results in the output of the engine effectiveness value.
